Just wow! I've been battling with sleep apnea symptoms for years, and this mouth tape has been a gamechanger. My CPAP machine works better since there's not more air leakage out of my mouth, and I feel less tired during the day. This tape is a sleep saver!

I've been a lifelong mouth breather, especially problematic during sleep. My wife hates my snoring normally, and not only has it drastically reduced my snoring, but my sleep quality has improved tenfold. I was initially concerned about comfort, but this tape is flexible and comfy that I hardly notice it's there. Plus, my usual morning throat dryness has completely disappeared, which I never thought possible!

Holy shit it worked so well. Was kinda weird manual breathing but i feel amazing now. I'm still shocked how well it works with my mustache. It's pretty comfy most of the time and it surprisingly doesn't hurt when taking it off. Only qualm is that the white backing is kinda hard to remove. Maybe I'm doing something wrong though.

My girlfriend has complained numerous times about my snoring and on my worst nights i've had to sleep on the couch. I had heard about mouth taping and my friend recommended this brand. Was doubtful at first, but my girlfriend says its helped a ton with my snoring, and I don't feel as congested in the mornings anymore. Can't go a night without it!

Love the new mouth tape size! It’s nice and big enough to stay on, the previous size was ok but didnt stay on too long sometimes because it was a little small. The bigger ones now are nice and secure because it covers more area

I have used 2 other brands. They left marks on my face in the morning.Better Breathing didn’t. Easy to use,great product!

Similar quality to the brand they compete with, but with a much better price point.

Really like the tape although it could be a bit larger. I seem to have a more rest full sleep and my wife claims, for some reason, my cpap machine is quieter!

These are the best. I tried 2 of the other brands. They leave marks on my face in the morning. THESE DON’T. Great product

Tried this product for the first time and have been pleased.

I like the adhesion. I wish they were a little bit bigger to go further past my lip line.

They are too short for my mouth. OK, let the jokes begin, but mouths are shaped like this >----<, not like this >O<.

I tried a competitor’s tape (Hostage) first then tried Better Breathing Tape. Both tape brands are very similar, same shape, color, and when the adhesive backing is removed the pattern on the back is the same. I prefer the Better Breathing Tape because it seems slightly thinner and when I pull the tape off it comes off without pulling skin off like the Hostage Tape does. Bottom line….try the Better Breathing Tape.

After not receiving my order for over two weeks, I reached out their customer support. Turns out USPS had somehow delivered to the wrong address (classic). Angela sorted it out for me and I got a replacement order 2 days later with an extra bag for the hassle. I could not be more pleased.

I ordered the bundle pack after my coworker recommended this brand to me, and I love it! Definitely took a few days to get used to, but now I can’t sleep without it. On my last pack and will be subscribing!

Stopped my husband from snoring like a lawnmower. He complained when i bought this, but he's no longer sleeping on the couch, so we're both grateful for the silent nights 😂

read the about us page and tried using the mouth tape with my mouth guard, and its been amazing. The tape helps me keep my mouth guard in and i don't need to worry about accidentally spitting it out at night.

When I first started ordering from this company, it was called “breathe right” and the strips were smaller. Idk if I am remembering wrong, but the material seemed more breathable and forgiving, too. Then they made the strips HUGE and changed to “viva breath.” I can’t do these giant strips anymore. They do not work on my face. Idk why they wouldn’t offer the option to still get the smaller product, since that’s what I originally signed up for. These bigger strips clog my pores, causing breakouts around my mouth area no matter how much I cleanse and exfoliate before and after using the strip. It also tears off my lip skin if I am not careful. I didn’t have these issues with the smaller strips. With these giant strips, I also have to place it absolutely perfectly or it smushes up into my nose while I sleep. I just can’t do these anymore, it sucks when you find a product you like and then the company makes it worse.

I like using the mouth strips. Not too sticky but hold in place well. They send along a pkg. of nasal strips that I have no use for and can't find anyone to give them to.

I really loved this mouth tapeswhen I first started them. I got on a subscription, but they have since changed and I am canceling. The mouth tapes are now too big and I have to trim them down every night. The adhesive has changed and it hurts a bit to peel it off in the morning. On the positive they have gotten me into the habit which I feel is a great one.

I've using the mouth tape for over 3 months. Works very well, as promoted. Haven't had a chance to use the new larger tape yet. Pricing is great.

I've gone through many different brands of mouth tape since I started using CPAP in September 2024 and this is by far and away the very best! Channeling Goldilocks, it's not too big or too small but provides the right amount of coverage without leaving me feeling claustrophobic. Best of all, it adheres even after I've applied night creams and lip balms. AND if needed I can remove it to sneeze, cough, take a sip of water and then reaffix it without any problems.

I have tried many mouth tapes to prevent my mouth breathing while asleep and these are the best ever. Easy to apply and easier to remove while staying on all night. My giraffe and I love them.

Overall this tape is great, it seals well, fits well but with a CPAP and all the pressure from the machine I have mouth leaks. It is simply because this tape is so breathable and porous (which is one of its features). I wish I liked it more. I fear that duct tape would be a great alternative (just kidding that isn’t a good idea).

I was a bit concerned about having a material taping my mouth shut but there was nothing to worry about. These are comfortable and easy to apply as well as remove. According to my Oura ring my sleep was optimal on the first night I used them.. I can tell that these will become habit forming.
